  • GriefShare is for people grieving the death of a family member or friend.

    If you have lost a loved one, you’ve probably found there are few people who understand the deep hurt you feel. GriefShare is a support group that meets weekly for 13 weeks to help you face these challenges and move toward rebuilding your life.

Our kickoff will begin with guest speaker, naturopathic doctor, Chiara Pellegrino, who brings a wealth of knowledge and believes firmly in the mind-body-spirit connection. We'll also be offering a variety of group sessions that you can join! We'll be covering many topics including mental health, parenting, marriage and so much more!

Workout Program

Starting April 18 at 7 pm

  • PORTICO Mississauga Gym

  • The RNWD Fitness course is for people of all fitness levels and abilities, and will be focused on improving general conditioning, relative strength and mobility. Each session will also have a devotional component and will be accompanied by an at home workout program for all participants.

    We ask that all participants please bring running shoes, workout clothes, an exercise mat, and a water bottle.

Saving Your Marriage

Starting April 18 at 7 pm

  • These sessions are designed to help couples invest in their relationship and build a strong marriage. Using the SYMBIS (Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts) assessment, couples are able to learn tools on how to strengthen their relationship, build strong foundations, learn to communicate more effectively and resolve differences well.

Navigating Everything

  • Kids don't come with manuals. Using Brett Ullmans “Parenting- Navigating Everything”, participants will be equipped and empowered to help their kids, grandkids or other children and youth navigate all aspects of life in the current culture.

Money Management Course

  • The CAP Money Course is a money management course that teaches people budgeting skills and a simple, cash-based system that really works. CAP is designed to be easily accessed by people from a variety of backgrounds. This course will help anyone to get more in control of their finances, so you can save, give and prevent debt.

Cultivate Balance & Harmony

  • This series will highlight the interconnectedness of various aspects of our lives, aiming to cultivate balance and harmony. The series will show how these lifestyle choices supports the health of our brain function and thus supports our mental wellbeing.

Learn Coping Skills

  • Life gets hard sometimes. Everyone goes through times of worry, confusion, or feeling down. Maybe it’s time to learn some healthy coping skills as it relates to your mental health. Learn some coping tools to help your mental health be more stable and positive.
