Some Frequently Asked Questions

  • Doors will open at 8:45 am, so we can start the program at 9 am each day.

  • The program will end at 4 pm each day.

Please notify the Camp Director if you plan to be late for pick-up, so we can notify your child’s Crew Team.

Please be considerate to our volunteer staff and arrive on time for pickup. If you know you will be unable to pick up your child at 4 :pm, we have before and after care available!

  • Before and after care will be from 8:15 am -8:45 am and 4 pm-5:15 pm every day. There is an additional cost of $30 per camper.

  • Campers should bring a labeled backpack, with a labeled water bottle, and a change of clothes in case of accidents (all clothing items should be labeled also).

Please refrain from allowing your child to bring toys or other personal items with them to camp, to avoid breakages and/or disagreements with other campers.

If your child carries an object for comfort (e.g. in their pocket) please notify the Camp Director, so the Crew Team can be advised ahead of time.

  • Lunch will not be provided for campers this year, but a snack will be provided every day.

Please ensure that you pack a nut free lunch as well as extra snacks for your camper if needed.

  • When you register a camper, please indicate on the registration form whether your child has food allergies, or other medical conditions we need to be aware of. Although we are not a nut-free facility we will ensure that ALL snacks provided are nut-free.

If your child is prescribed an EpiPen he/she needs to carry it with them at all times during camp.

  • We will NOT be collecting or storing EpiPens or other prescribed medication at the Nurse’s station. Please make arrangements for someone in your family to come to church to administer medication dosage as needed.

  • Campers will be assigned to crews according to grade.

If you would like siblings or specific campers to be in the same group, please indicate their name(s) on the registration form. We will make an effort to accommodate campers’ requests.

  • We understand that the cost of kids’ activities can mount up for families, which is why we’ve made every effort to offer camp at the lowest price possible!

The registration fee covers the cost of supplies, crafts, games, prizes, snacks, and a shirt that will be provided to each camper.

Therefore, there is no discount for registering multiple children in your family.
